I am 31 years old, I am a journalist and I love the communication’s world. I decided to start this blog because I love cooking. I was diagnosed with non-celiac gluten sensitivity in 2011.
When I was diagnosed for me it was difficult to get used to the new gluten-free diet, but finally I adapted and, more importantly, I noticed a great improvement in my health. I’ve always liked preparing pizzas, cakes…, and the challenge now is to cook them gluten-free and as good as the gluten ones, or better!
